The image above represents my philosophy on who we are as humans. Essentially we are spirit, but while on planet earth we take on the form of a human being, which consists of our MIND, our BODY and our EMOTIONS.
When our MIND & BODY are at work we DO.
When our BODY & EMOTIONS are at work we BE.
When our MIND & EMOTIONS are at work we are ME.
From the book The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn, “God’s plan for each person transcends the limitation of the reasoning mind, and is always the square of life, containing health, wealth, love and perfect self-expression.”
Below is how I feel this aligns with my philosophy.
MIND -> WEALTH : When our mind has a wealth, or abundance, mindset we are aligning ourselves with the expanding Universe.
BODY -> HEALTH : When our body is aligned with health we are honoring the Universe.
EMOTIONS -> LOVE : When our emotions align with the positive emotion of love we are at peace with the Universe.
And at the center of all this is WE, PERFECT SELF-EXPRESSION, who we are when our MIND, BODY & EMOTIONS are all aligning with the energies, frequencies and rhythm of the universe. This is a state many of us fail to achieve, myself included. There are many methods for trying to achieve this state, we need to find what works for us. I am still searching.
