Post-Workout Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 ice bocks
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp protein powder
  • cup coconut cream
  • cup full cream yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp macadamia nut butter

Instructions

  • Add ice and water and pulse blender.
  • Add rest of ingredients and blend.
  • Add more water if too thick.
