Post-Workout Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 ice bocks
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 banana (sliced)
- ½ avocado
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 Tbsp protein powder
- ⅓ cup coconut cream
- ⅓ cup full cream yogurt
- 1 Tbsp macadamia nut butter
Instructions
- Add ice and water and pulse blender.
- Add rest of ingredients and blend.
- Add more water if too thick.
