The Supporter
I refer to our body as ‘The Supporter’ because it supports us, it houses our mind, it houses our spirit, it supports us during our time here. If we look after our supporter, it will support us the best way it can.
Our body also lets us know if our mind and/or emotions need some attention. Our thoughts, emotions and nutritional choices will either nourish our body, or cause dis-ease and/or injury.
